This policy explains how Marketing Team ("we", "us"), operated by Kirlos Yousef, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and service at marketing.kirlosyousef.com (the "Service").
Information we collect
Account information
Your name, email address, and sign-in details, used to create your account and secure access.
Workspace content
Information you provide about your business (product details, brand guidelines, audience, competitors, uploaded logos and assets), and the plans, copy, images, and review decisions created in your workspace.
Connected social accounts, including TikTok
When you connect a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, and only with your permission, we receive:
- Basic profile information: your TikTok open ID, display name, and avatar (
user.info.basic). - Access and refresh tokens that let us act on your behalf within the permissions you granted.
- Creator information TikTok returns before posting, such as available privacy levels and whether comments, duets, and stitches are allowed.
- The publish status and post ID of content we upload or post for you (
video.upload,video.publish).
We do not request access to your TikTok followers, messages, or other users' data.
Technical information
Basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service, such as request times and error records. The marketing website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: build your Company Brain, generate plans and content, and run reviews you request.
- To publish content to your connected accounts, only after you approve it and confirm the posting settings.
- To show you publish results and history in your workspace.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use TikTok data for advertising or to build profiles unrelated to the Service.
AI processing
To generate and review content, relevant workspace content is sent to AI model providers that process it on our behalf. We send only what is needed for the task. Connected-account tokens are never sent to AI providers.
Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers that host, store, or process data for us (for example cloud hosting and AI model providers), under obligations to protect it.
- Social platforms you connect, such as TikTok, when we post content you approved.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Storage and security
Each workspace is isolated from other workspaces. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by the publishing service. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect your data.
Retention and deletion
We keep workspace data while your account is active. When you disconnect TikTok, we delete its stored tokens and stop accessing your account; you can also revoke access in TikTok's settings. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@kirlosyousef.com, and we will do so within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to its processing. Contact us to make a request.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders.
